Glenn Sturm graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010, joining Virginia Cooperative Extension in 2012. Glenn serves Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex, and Essex counties. He was trained to be a DPP Lifestyle Coach in 2021, co-facilitating his first virtual DPP cohort in 2022.
Glenn enjoys staying active by playing soccer and taking his two dogs, Tater and Biscuit, for walks. He enjoys cooking, particularly exploring family Filipino recipes that are both tasty and healthy! Glenn became a VCE DPP Lifestyle Coaches to provide this valuable resource to encourage healthy lifestyle change and make a community impact through diabetes prevention.
