Pegi Wright has worked with Virginia Cooperative Extension as a Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for over 14 years. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees centered around “family sciences” from Howard and Regent universities respectively. In a holistic way, she provides research-based information in the areas of nutrition and health, resource management, and human development to individuals and families in Caroline, King George, and surrounding Northern Neck counties.
She came to Virginia as a military family and loves going to plays (Broadway, community theater, high school, church, etc.) in her free time.
As a Lifestyle Coach, she is excited about bringing the Diabetes Prevention Program to her community.
