The Virginia Agriculture Mobile Education Unit
Overview
The Virginia Agriculture Mobile Education Unit is an interactive educational tool that showcases the Commonwealth’s largest private industry, agriculture and forestry, while demonstrating the valuable role it plays in our daily lives. When visitors enter the unit, they will learn about the remarkable diversity of Virginia’s agriculture, its history, its people, and the latest innovations and career opportunities that are leading us into the future.
When you reserve the Mobile Agriculture Education Unit, we bring the agriculture classroom to your school, business or community. You will learn the importance of agriculture in our daily lives and where our food comes from by seeing, hearing and touching fun and dynamic exhibits. The unit is ideal for K-12 students, as well as adults, in urban, suburban and rural areas across the Commonwealth.
