Join the Small Farm Outreach Program to see the results of planting from 11 different sweet potato varieties. All varieties were planted at the same time this year, and we’ll discuss the planting, care and harvesting of sweet potatoes at this on-site educational demonstration.
This workshop is free and open to the public.

Founded in 1882, Virginia State University is one of Virginia’s two land-grant institutions and is located 20 minutes south of Richmond in the village of Ettrick.
