Cliff Slade, a third-generation farmer and former Extension agent, and Small Farm Outreach Program nutrient management specialist Tammy Holler will lead this educational workshop on nutrient management practices that can achieve positive results for small crop production. Participants will hear about the benefits of implementing nutrient management plan practices in organic farming, soil sampling, tissue sampling, PSNT testing, crop yields, and the importance of yield record keeping.
