For anyone interested in learning more about how to have a successful raised bed garden including tips on planning your garden area, constructing a raised bed garden, soil testing and fertility management, water management, plant and seed selection and more.

Join Dr. Leonard Githinji (Sustainable and Urban Agriculture Specialist, Virginia State University / Virginia Cooperative Extension) and Ms. Amy Wildermann (Urban Farm Manager, Tricycle Gardens), for presentations and discussions on how to start your own raised bed garden or improve your existing one.

Free and open to the public.
