Join VSU Small Farm Outreach Program, Virginia Cooperative Extension and Stonehaus Farms for a fun morning of learning how to make mozzarella cheese. Participants will get hands on experience in learning the process of creating delectable cheese fresh from the farm to your table! Participants will learn about the different types of cheeses and how to get started with their own endeavor.
