Melon and Squash Production at Chapel Creek Produce Farm

VSU Small Farm Outreach Program will host a workshop on melon and squash production at Chapel Creek Produce Farm. Beginning farmer Charlie Gray, owner of Chapel Creek Produce, will discuss field production techniques, pest management, cover cropping, GAP certification, and marketing strategies he uses to manage financial risk for squash and melon production.
