They have a laying flock and they also raise and process broilers on pasture. They raise hogs on both pasture and in the woods. They have also installed a Honey Locust windbreak on their farm that provides pollen and nectar to their 5 beehives and the windbreak also serves as a food source for the local deer and turkey. Attendees will gain knowledge on their processes to raise, butcher, market and sell their eggs, chicken, pork and honey.
