This workshop will be a hybrid presentation. The presentation will be in person at the VSU Randolph Farm Pavillion and be live-streamed on Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person. Topics include layer and broiler operation considerations; laws and regulations pertaining to poultry; brooding; feed, water, and care; predator control with permanent, movable, and solar-powered electric fence options; mobile coop designs; pasture rotation; and marketing eggs and meat. The workshop will cover both urban and agricultural settings.
