This virtual presentation will include prerecorded video footage of Clif Slade, a retired VCE Extension Agent and Small Farm Outreach Program Assistant. Clif has been growing sweet potatoes for over 35 years. He will demonstrate his techniques for bedding sweet potatoes in February for sweet potato slip production for spring planting. Clif Slade will also share his knowledge of varieties and proven methods for bedding sweet potatoes in the field and in high tunnels.
