Wednesday, May 4, 2022 • 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Zoom Event
You can’t afford not to take this class before growing crops or raising animals! If you spend money on farming and don’t have a market, imagine what money problems you will have! Did you know there are over 14 different types of farmers markets? With so many options, how do you know which one to choose? In this class, VSU’s Marketing and Agribusiness Specialist, Dr. Theresa Nartea, and Program Assistant Tracy Porter will share the different types of markets available to beginning farmers and help participants understand which markets are best suited to their personalities. If you are thinking about where to sell your farm products and you are just getting started in farming, then this is the class for you! REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS: To receive your FREE class materials for this class, please send an email request to tnartea@vsu.edu with the SUBJECT LINE: Send me the May 4th marketing class materials.
