GAP for Beginners

This event has been cancelled. Join Michael Carter Jr of VSU Small Farm Outreach Center and Carter Farms, as we look at the foundation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). We will go over pre-harvest and post-harvest protocols, practices to implement, how to document your efforts and how to start the process if you are interested in moving forward with GAP. This hands-on interactive workshop will share what to do, and more importantly, what not to do.

Space is limited to 30 participants.
