irrigation and soil moisture management for farmers

Farmers will learn about Irrigation systems and efficiencies, How to conduct an audit of the system, making determinations of when to irrigate and when to stop irrigation events. They will learn about the water holding capacity of soils, root depths and transmission of water under different circumstances. Farmers and growers will learn how to determine the soil moisture content and how to make sensible decisions
