There has been increased interest in small-scale meat processing and meat production. This Q&A Webinar, hosted by the VSU Small Ruminant Team, will cover topics such as building relationships with processing facilities, maximizing profitability from cut sheets, accessing seasonal markets and more. Guests on the panel include processors and extension experts.
