5 Pillar Meats Facility Tour

This rare tour will start at the Prince Edward County Extension Office for an in-depth discussion on preparing for a low to no stress experience when adding value to your farm raised beef, lamb and goats. Learn how to understand and complete a custom processing form and etc.. 5 Pillar Meats is a family-owned USDA processing facility catering to the traditional and Halal local communities.
We will be rounding out the day by going just down the road to the 5 Pillar Meats site for an in-depth tour of the facility and day to day operations.
