Whole Farm Planning puts beginning farmers in a good position to maintain or improve profitability while enhancing their sustainability. Whole Farm Planning helps beginning farmers define longand short-term goals to help you achieve a better quality of life at home and in your community.
Learn from:
• VSU Small Farm Outreach Agents as they review the Whole Farm Planning manual
• Cooperative Extension Agents for the county who can connect you with local resources
• Farm Credit representatives with instruction on how you can develop a simple, one-page business plan
• USDA agency representatives who will share information about available services and resources for farmers
