Visit Fauquier Education Farm for Totally Taters, Part II. We will revisit our variety trial of 8 different potato varieties, and will be digging up some of each type to see how well each has produced for us this year. We’ll talk about pest control issues and how to control them, (this was a big problem at the Ed Farm this year) And we’ll discuss harvesting and storing this very important and tasty garden staple.
